1. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers; from the date the consumer receives the product 14 days within this period without giving any reason and without paying any penal clause.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to us within this period.

2. Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:

  • Products whose packaging has been opened, used or whose resalability has been impaired
  • Products that are not suitable for return in terms of hygiene
  • Food and beverage products with expiry dates
  • Products specially prepared according to customer demand

3. Return Conditions

Products to be returned;

  • In original packaging,
  • Complete and undamaged,
  • Unused,
  • Together with the invoice or proof of order

must be sent to us.

Products that do not comply with the return conditions are not accepted and sent back to the customer.

4. Return Process

Refund requests;

should be forwarded. After your request is examined, you will be returned to you.

Return shipments must be made through our contracted cargo company. For shipments made by non-contracted cargo, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.

5. Fee Refund

After the returned product reaches us, necessary checks are made. In case it complies with the return conditions:

  • Product cost 14 days in it,
  • By the method of payment

will be returned to you.

Depending on your bank, the return period may vary. HD Toptan is not responsible for this situation.

6. Defective or Faulty Products

From the date of delivery for damaged, missing or incorrectly sent products 3 days within the time limit.

In this case, the return shipping fee HD Wholesale and the product will be replaced or refunded.

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • For returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
  • In case of faulty or defective product returns, the shipping fee belongs to our company.

8. Right of Amendment

HD Toptan reserves the right to make changes to this Return and Refund Policy when it deems necessary. Updates take effect on the date of publication on the website.
