This Agreement, www.hdtoptan.com (“Buyer”) and HD Toptan (“Seller”) in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

2. SUBJECT OF CONTRACT

This contract covers the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. PRODUCT AND DELIVERY

The ordered products are delivered to the specified address after payment confirmation is received. Delivery time is 1-5 working days on average.

4. FEE AND PAYMENT

The product price is charged by the method chosen by the Buyer at the time of payment.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

6. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

There is no right of withdrawal for food, beverages, hygiene products and unpackaged products.

7. COMPETENT COURT

In disputes arising from this contract Consumer arbitration committee or courts of the Buyer's place of residence authorised.
